Columbia River Diamonds Company

Kalama, WA  98625

We are an established legitimate business within the City of Kalama, WA. Information on our business license is on record at the Kalama, Washington City Hall on Main Street in downtown Kalama, WA. (P.O. Box 1009 and phone # 360-673-4561.) License # 43992

We are part of a larger non-profit corporation called Trilby's Corp. By Washington State law of 1983, Trilby's Corporation owns Columbia River Ancient Resources, a private non-profit museum for the retention and private stewardship of legally collected American Indian art and artifacts from the Columbia River Valley and some of its main tributaries (including but not restricted to the Snake River, Yakama River, Okanogan River, Rogue River, Deschutes River, John Day’s Valleys of the Pacific Northwest of North America and the Great Basin of the Western United States)

All sales of Diamonds go to pay the cost of all the diamonds.  All profits then is used to maintain, clean, curate and maintain a accountability of the numerous prices of art and artifacts from the museum from theft or looting by Americans who soul intent is to break up larger collections or to high grade for making money.  This collection has numerous archaeological use both in today's world of archaeology and in the future of the American heritage. We clearly state that this said museum is and has been purchasing displays and items from other museums, collections and old collection legal collected before 1979.

It is generally known and understood that most public museums within the Pacific Northwest are working on a limited budget or have been forced to close their doors for lack of state and federal funding.  Many collections of American Indian art and artifacts have been returned some free others were purchased to the tribes. Most of these collections were found on lands owned by the the Federal Government or the Indian Tribes.  Others collections discovered have been locked up in federal, state or counties museums or other storage. Most of the art and artifacts that were stored were stored in hopes of future money will be make available in the future for study and research. However, at this point in time no Federal, State, or county Government has the funds to operate most museums and with the economy of the United States so bad little or nothing will every be available.

Conclusion, ancient art and artifacts in general belong to the American people.  95% of Americans believe that all Americans have a clam not some special ethic group, not to any special University, or College.  America is a land of many Moosic's and each group has a equal partnership with all different groups for the protection of all of our Heritage.

The states of Washington and Oregon have state agencies that are under staffed and without a realist budget to monitor and control the state and Federal Resources of such art and artifacts. Columbia River Ancient Resources allow all to view the museum free at any reasonable time.

According to Business in America, part of The Economist Special Report  (page 49) and the Diamond News of North America: Diamonds are at their lowest prices in over 35 years. The time to buy is now. Look below at our information and prices; check and compare them with what you find at your local jeweler or mall. You will find us 50% to 70% lower than the big malls and downtown jewelry stores

  DIAMOND INVENTORY BELOW

What we offer our customers is the truth about De Beers and GIA.  We see the truth about the historical criminal side of De Beers and its offspring GIA. We and most other Americans know about De Beers controlled the prices of diamonds for over 100 years. We know that grading any diamond on clarity and color is a matter of opinion. Yet GIA and its gang of criminals continue to fix prices and grade by intimation and lies whenever they can. Americans understand what a cartel is and how De Beers and GIA have used control (ransoming) in fixing the world’s supply of diamonds for almost 115 years. We see GIA as the world’s largest grading system, but at the same time they use their system to degrade other diamond graders and appraisers simply because the diamond wasn't part of their world-controlled blood diamond market. Most Americans understand about the African civil wars. GIA and De Beer's diamonds — they prioritized, paid for diamonds with more than a million deaths.

Most of the western world knows and understands about the African civil wars of the 1980s to present. The world simply understands it was De Beers that was buying these diamonds that funded all of the civil wars in Africa and some in Asia. Hence, De Beers and its wing GIA were selling blood diamonds from the wars in Africa and the funding money used to murder, rape, starve, enslave and handicap 2.5 million Africans.

Zero has changed, and from our reports from Africa from other anthropologists, De Beers is still today buying illegal diamonds even after signing the Johannesburg Accord. We ask you, the consumer, about our ethics as "Americans," and since the diamond industry is so dishonest, corrupt and controlled by this mega-billion cartel, don't we need to question the ethics and values of our local jewelry stores, chain stores, mall outlets, and malls? We are raising the question to them and the buyers of diamonds about our values and ethics. Are we marketing blood diamonds in the American market that have the same value and questions of those who committed the atrocities of the Nazi of World War 11? The facts are clear: over one million African blacks were murdered, raped, and over one million crippled and maimed for life over "De Beers and its greed."  What are your morals when you shop at a chain store that sells blood diamonds or even has GIA in stock? What are your values when you ask your jewelry store for a De Beers or GIA diamond? Are we turning our backs to support genocide, murder, and corruption just for the sparkle of a diamond? Does that make us any different than Hitler and his Nazis?

What we offer is authentic natural diamonds from Russia and Australia that is conflict free. Our prices are also much lower than the malls, jewelry shops, and chain malls. We have had no lawsuits for price fixing or dictating diamond prices as has De Beers and GIA. We are legally licensed in the City of Kalama, Washington State and the State of Washington. Plus we offer you a 3-day return guarantee on your diamond. Leshem Diamonds are 100 % Guranteed for life through Leshem Diamond Service. However, we do photo each diamond with a 160-power microscope so you must return the diamond we sold you or lose your guarantee. Most of our diamonds have appraisal reports from Universal Gemological Laboratory (UGL) of New York City, N.Y. or EGL European Gemological Laboratory of Israel, EGL or European Gemological Laboratory is located (For our diamonds) in Israel. For more information please use the Report # EGL29.........  and go to eglinterational.org . Leshem Diamond Service of New York, City, New York 575-758-1593. If you need more information on our grading and appraisals, please call UGL at 212-921-3324 and have your concerns about grading and appraisal answered.

Using microscopes, cameras and laboratory equipment, we use science on our diamonds not lies, intimidation and bright lights to steal your money. Please, before you purchase a diamond from the Blood Boys at your GIA or De Beers dealer, give us a call.

Shipping on diamonds can take 4 to 8 banking days, to allow a personal check to clear our bank. We accept PayPal under the name of "columbiariverman". (When using PayPal we require 0.4% increase to cover the cost of PayPal and insurance.) Bank checks and wire transfers are also accepted, but please remember: we don't ship until our bank has 100 % cleared your payment. We don't except BitePay, AlertPay, Western Union, or other scams from Africa or Eastern Europe don't try. We know who you are and your methods.

We ask you to investigate us to full extent of the law. We are legally licensed within the City of Kalama, WA, License # 43992 under the name of Columbia River Diamonds. Phone # is 360-673-4561.  We are also licensed and bonded within the State of Washington as Columbia River Diamonds under Trilby's Inc. We also ask you to check us out at www.columbiariverman.com or see our diamond inventory at Columbia River Diamonds. All the sales profit goes to maintain the private museum as seen on the webpage. The museum is dedicated to the ancient peoples of the Columbia River Valley and Great Basin. Please view our displays and artifacts. For the whiners on Craigslist who flag us for having more than five or so adds — we ask them to grow up and get a life. They flag us so they can sell their personal items without competition. What kind of Americans are you if you don't believe in free enterprise and free marketing?

PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW.  WE DID NOT WRITE THIS ARTICLE IT WAS COPIED FROM world DIAMONDS NEWS:

The Dark side of the Diamond Trade

The struggle for resources has been going on throughout human history. Recent developments, particularly in the diamond trade, show that their bloody legacy is still all too real today. Their appeal and glitter kept aside the precious stones also play a far less appealing role in helping to finance some of the world's bloodiest conflicts. Angola , Sierra Leone , Liberia and the Democratic Republic of Congo, are home to some of the prolonged conflicts, brought about by funding from illicit trade in diamonds. The clandestine illegal trade in diamonds has also been accused of funding international terrorist organizations like the Al Qaeda.

From 1992 to 1998, the UNITA rebel group in Angola , sold billions of dollars worth of diamonds to generate revenues to re-arm themselves. This happened despite a United Nations sponsored peace process. A very worrying pattern emerges across the whole natural resource spectrum. The timber trade in South East Asia includes many similar examples of the role that natural resources play in prolonging conflict and perpetuating poverty (as well as deforestation). During the 1990s the genocidal Khmer Rouge generated US$10-20 million per month from sale of timber alone. A campaign led by Social Action Groups finally saw the Thai government close the land border with Cambodia , cutting off the export route. Within 18 months the conflict was over. More recently, similar illicit trade in timber from the Democratic Republic of Congo and in Liberia is a clear warning signal to the international community that "business as usual" cannot continue to be tolerated when the human and economic cost is so unacceptably high.

There is a lack of "international mechanisms" to address this problem happening in the illegal trade of Natural resources. The fact that Diamond Majors like De Beers were acquiring rough diamonds from armed rebel groups was not known to many people. The general mood was the way in which the diamond companies were behaving responsibly by buying diamonds from armed factions and thus protecting the world diamond markets and also the jobs. The failure to implement peace strategies was mainly due to the unethical way in which diamond buyers bought rough diamonds from these rebel groups. It was but evident that a huge cost in terms of loss of life and destruction was being paid to protect the interests of a certain section of the diamond industry. The UN embargo on trade of unofficial diamonds from Angola did not work out since the companies never stopped buying it from the rebel groups. This lack of support from the International traders undermined the credibility of the UN, prolonged conflict, and in a way exposed the felicity of the UN sanctions mechanism.

It was not long before International Human rights groups and NGO's joined forces to stop this illicit trade. Under a Mandate by the UN General Assembly, it was decided to try and develop a system to exclude conflict diamonds from the legal market. This would include joint efforts from the Government as well as the business community. The Government would establish controls over the export/import of diamonds, and the business arm of the diamond industry would issue warranties to ensure that the diamonds come from a legitimate source. The diamond industry would also be committed to conducting independent audits of its control systems.

As seen previously the governments and also the diamond industries turned a blind eye to the ongoing illicit trade practices. There understanding was that the business should go on as usual. Even now, many International groups are skeptical of their commitments, and governments and the commercial sector will have much to prove once the control systems takes effect.
